As the inspiration behind FERRBEAR, D’Lee has an abundance of energy, passion, and enthusiasm which has made her successful at every level of her professional career. With an interest in designing comprehensive strategies to lead clients to successfully reaching their individual and company goals, D’Lee has developed a forward thinking approach to planning and managing plans that surpass her competitors in marketing, public relations, business development, and branding. She serves as “Brand Guardian” for clients and the company. She considers maintaining brand integrity for all client’s marketing initiatives, public relations pursuits, branding, and communications her greatest priority. Her motto is, “It is all about people!” She believes that by putting relationships first, the rest will always take care of itself.
